We are sure you will be satisfied with our products. But if you are not, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. The return cost will be deducted from the refund amount unless the fault is on our side.
To qualify for a return, it is essential that the product is unworn and unused and contains all original packaging and tags. We reserve the right to refuse a return at any time if products are returned damaged.
Due to hygienic reasons, earrings cannot be returned. Sale items cannot be returned.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@madouir.com If your return is accepted, we will send you further instructions regarding the return address. Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.
Refund
Once we have received your return, you will be notified. Returns are processed within 5 business days of arrival at our warehouse. It can sometimes take up to 14 days for it to appear on your bank statement, as banking processes vary by institution. Please note that refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
